Le haricot Mucuna est une plante semblable au haricot, qui pousse sauvagement dans les pays tropicaux. Les graines de haricot ainsi que les filaments étaient utilisés traditionnellement et ont une grande efficacité dans beaucoup de domaines. 

La poudre de haricot Mucuna provient d’une plante généralement comestible et d’un haricot dont les bienfaites sont utilisés den Inde, en Afrique occidentale et en Amérique centrale. Le haricot Mucuna est utilisé depuis l’antiquité dans la médecine ayuverdique. Le Mucuna contient 40mg/g de L-DOPA qui est un précurseur direct de la dopamine dans le système des neurotransmetteurs. Le dopamine est utilisé pour la fertilité, en cas de défaillance sexuelle et comme stimulateur d’humeur. Il est aussi utlisé pour les articulations et en cas d’arthrites ainsi que conne antiparasitaire.

Dosage: 2 cuillères à café 2 fois par jour dans de l’eau chaude
