Information according to Art. 19 Sec. 3 AStG (Alternative Dispute Resolution Act | Online Transactions)
According to Art. 19 Sec. 3 AStG, if we are unable to reach an agreement with the consumer in a dispute, we must inform the consumer of the competent authority for alternative dispute resolution, hereinafter referred to as the ADR service.

According to the so-called ODR Regulation (EU Regulation No. 524/2013 on the online settlement of consumer disputes), entrepreneurs who enter into online purchase contracts or online service contracts (regardless of whether the contract is concluded via traditional web shops or via email or other forms of online distribution) must include a link on their websites to the so-called "online dispute resolution platform" (ODR platform): http://ec.europa.eu/odr (Art. 14 ODR-V) in addition to their general information obligations.
