With this H2 Hydrogen Generator, you can turn your favourite water into hydrogen-enriched feel-good power water in the blink of an eye, at any time and any place. Battery operation, low weight and compact design make it possible.
The water container is made of glass and not plastic as in many other devices!

The importance of H2 (molecular hydrogen)

Hydrogen is the most important and abundant element in the universe, making up 90% of the matter in the universe and 99% of the entire sun. Hydrogen is the energy source of the nuclear fusion that takes place inside the sun and is the lightest chemical element that exists. Hydrogen also makes up 63% of the human body and is the most important element for the production of energy by the mitochondria in cells. The mitochondria take up the electrons carried by hydrogen to produce ATP. Hydrogen is the energy currency of our cells. The body needs ATP for growth, repair and regeneration.

The molecule H2 has amazing properties

H2 has an amazing selective antioxidant property. Molecular hydrogen is already the subject of 800 studies and research papers investigating the health benefits of this special element.

Molecular hydrogen has the ability to neutralise free radicals, especially hydroxyl radicals

These free radicals are one of the main causes of ageing and most health damage. A free radical is a toxic compound that has lost a negative charge by giving up an electron. Free radicals are produced in the body as a by-product of metabolism. Free radicals thus carry unpaired charges and are extremely unstable. They are even capable of withdrawing an electron from a vital cellular component, such as electron-rich DNA. In our times, the human body usually is deficient in molecular hydrogen that could counterbalance the negative effects of free radicals. For this reason, the body has to withstand considerable amounts of free radical damage.

One of the most important causes of disease in our modern times is oxidative stress, which is caused by free radicals. Every chronic inflammation (e.g. tooth interference field, mercury deposits) maintains chronic hyperacidity. All radical formers induce inflammation, which leads to chronic hyperacidity if stress is sustained.

H2 is a selective antioxidant and therefore reduces oxidative stress

An antioxidant is an element that inhibits oxidation processes. Oxidation processes in the body can also be compared to "rusting". If we want to counteract the ageing process, we need antioxidants. These are found in fresh fruit and in many vegetables. Vitamins C and E are such antioxidant carriers, sometimes they are also called radical scavengers. However, it should be noted that almost all known antioxidants are radical but not selective. Selective antioxidants only target the harmful free hydroxyl radicals. Unfortunately, most of the time people only talk about radicals, so one must assume that all free radicals are bad. This is just as wrong as thinking that all bacteria are bad. We have known for a long time that we also need certain beneficial bacteria in our bodies. It is the same with free radicals. As a selective antioxidant, molecular hydrogen only neutralises harmful radicals and therefore is very valuable for our bodies.

The difference between molecular hydrogen and antioxidants in foods:

    * Molecular hydrogen attacks ONLY the harmful free radicals (hydroxyl radicals), but vitamin C also attacks the "good" ones.
    * Molecular hydrogen leaves no residue after neutralising the free radicals
    * Molecular hydrogen increases our body's own antioxidant system, vitamin C does not
    * Molecular hydrogen also acts as a signalling molecule, so many other benefits are achievable
    * Molecular hydrogen is the smallest molecule and can enter the cell more easily (note: H2 weighs only 2 g/mol vs. vitamin C at 176.2 g/mol).
    * Molecular hydrogen has no known toxic effects, even at high doses, unlike vitamin C
    * Molecular hydrogen is taken more easily, without extra calories
