Ingredients:
Skullcap root (Scutellaria baicalensis), nettle (urtica dioica), Reishi Mushroom, Carrot, Green Tea, Olive Leaf, Lomatium Root, Bitter Melon, Saffron.

General Use:
One teaspoon twice a day, or as recommended by your health care practicioner.
The powder can be taken pure or mixed with water or juice.
