Recommended Use:
Inner application:
Add 4 pump shots to a glass of water as a daily dose, or as recommended by your health care practicioner.
Drink the glass in sips and keep in the mouth for approx. 15-30 sec. each time before swallowing.
External application:
Wet the skin area directly with Silicon Dioxide hyper colloidal and allow liquid to absorb.
