The Rediscovery of an Ancient Remedy
In her search for substances that promote regeneration for cartilage,
bones and connective tissue, the young doctor Dr. Olszowski tested many
ways in practice and compared them for their effects. In the end, after 2 years of intensive research,
an adapted version of "grandma's bone broth" proved to be the best
solution.
For many centuries, people not only used the meat of animals, but also
made use of the ingredients of the bones. Many dishes were enriched
with bone broth. In this way, the body was regularly supplied with
valuable nutrients. Who doesn't know grandma's panacea for any kind of
illness: a plate of healthy, long-cooked chicken or beef broth. Since
broth is easy to digest, it has always served to strengthen sick people
in general. Hildegard von Bingen also recommended bone broth,
especially for patients with stomach, intestinal, bone and joint
complaints. In the meantime, this ancient knowledge has also found its
way into the beauty
world of Hollywood
and stars such as Salma Hayek or Gwyneth Paltrow swear by the
rejuvenating effect of bone broth on skin and tissue and report on it
in numerous interviews.
Why
should we eat bone broth again today?
Connective
tissue is
everywhere in our body. It is the framework for all body cells,
responsible for the transport of nutrients and the removal of waste
products. Only when the connective tissue is healthy are the cells well
supplied and able to work properly. A particularly large amount of
connective tissue is present in: Joints, bones, vessels, tendons,
cartilage, lungs, skin and in the gastrointestinal tract. The
ingredients of bone broth can support the organism in the formation of
new connective tissue and also strengthen the immune system.
Why enjoy this organic bone
broth instead of cooking it yourself?
Dr Olszowski was fascinated by the experience of bone broth and its
health-promoting effect on connective tissue and cartilage. In many
ways, she has delved deep into the research of this centuries-old
tonic. In cooperation with the Fresenius
Institute,
one of the leading institutes for non-medical laboratory analysis, it
was found after many analyses of this organic bone broth that the
concentration of some particularly important nutrients increases by
about 30% when the cooking time (temperature 85-95° C) is
extended
from 24 to 36 hours - but decreases again when the cooking time is
increased again to 40 hours.
How
is our organic bone broth made?
In order for the nutrients to release from the bones, this very long
cooking time is necessary. In addition to the use of high-quality
organic ingredients, this is also the most important criterion in the
production process. Bones, meat, tendons and cartilage from organic
cattle and calves are used for our bone broth. The water is obtained
via a reverse osmosis system. The broth is cooked over a period of 36
hours at temperatures between 85 and 95° C. In some cases,
large
bones are cut open to release even more nutrients from the marrow.
Organic vegetables and herbs are then added to the broth to improve the
taste. This makes the broth even more alkaline.
What is the best way to take the organic bone broth?
Each cup of organic bone broth can have a beneficial effect. For acute
complaints, it is recommended to take 2-4 cups daily until a
strengthening of the overall system becomes noticeable. For an optimal
effect in many areas of the body, it is best to take it in the form of
a cure.
During the cure, you take 500ml of organic bone broth daily for a period of 3 weeks. The broth can simply be heated in a pot and one cup drunk or spooned in the morning and evening. In addition, the organic bone broth can also be incorporated into many tasty recipes and enjoyed with various ingredients as nutritious soups. Regular intake over a longer period of time is necessary so that the body fills up with the nutrients and all tissues, bones, cartilage and intervertebral discs can feed on them.
Health can taste so delicious!

Bone broth contains important proteins, especially collagen. These proteins all have a particularly positive effect on the stomach lining and our intestinal flora. This leads on the one hand to a better absorption of nutrients and on the other hand to a better excretion of toxins and thus strengthens the immune system.
Drinking the broth also has a small anti-aging effect, because the collagens, which consist of animal proteins, not only form the most important component of bones, teeth and tendons, but also strengthen connective tissue.
Collagen consists of a high proportion of the amino acids proline and glycine, which have a positive effect on a wide range of bodily functions. Proline, for example, supports the production of cartilage and tissue and strengthens the immune system with its anti-inflammatory effect. The amino acid glutamine is also found in the power broth, which ensures that the intestinal wall is strengthened and thus prevents leaky gut syndrome, also known as a permeable intestinal wall.
Glycine has an important function in the production of bile acid, which in turn boosts fat burning and balances blood sugar levels. A bone broth based on cartilage-rich bones, such as chicken feet or beef knuckles, is also very rich in glucosaminoglycans, a substance that ensures that the joints remain elastic and in this way helps to prevent arthritis.
The bone broth is also naturally enriched with minerals such as calcium and magnesium, which strengthen the muscles, bone structure and nervous system. Trace elements such as silicon strengthen skin and hair.
