Contents: 400g, incl. measuring spoon

Ingredients:
Sodium hydrogen carbonate, calcium hydrogen phosphate, calcium citrate, potassium hydrogen carbonate, magnesium hydrogen citrate.
Without preservatives, free from lactose, gluten and yeast. Vegan.

Alkaline powder provides the minerals sodium, calcium, potassium and magnesium.

A precondition for a healthy metabolism is an alkaline pH value in the intercellular area. Our alkaline powder contains minerals that regulate the acid-base balance.

General Use:
1-3 x daily ½ hour before meals, stir 2 level measuring spoons (approx. 6 g) into 1 glass of water and drink, or as recommended by your health care practicioner. Nutritional experts suggest to use alkaline powder for 2 to 3 months, as the body needs this time to neutralise and eliminate excess acid.

Use as a cure:
Start with two level measuring spoons on a glass of water 3 times a day, half an hour before meals. After reaching the indicated pH-value, one can increase the dosage to 2 x daily 2 measuring spoons after one week and later to 1 x daily 1 measuring spoon. The first morning urine should have a pH value of 7.5-8.0. This value can be checked daily in the morning with the help of an indicator paper.

Information
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Dietary supplements are no substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
