Shipping Policy

We deliver our goods worldwide.

As a rule, parcels to Germany are sent with DHL, i.e. the German postal service. Austrian parcels are sent by the Austrian postal service. Parcels to other EU countries are sent by the respective national post office or a parcel service.

Shipping costs for Germany and Austria:
(Standard Shipping):
Flat rate EUR 5.-
Shipping costs are waived for orders over EUR 99,-

Shipping costs within European Union:
Flat rate EUR 12.-
Shipping costs are waived for orders over EUR 200.-

Shipping costs for European Non-EU countries:

for a value of goods below EUR 1.000.- and less than 6 articles:
Flat rate EUR 12.-
Shipping costs are waived for orders over EUR 200.-
for a value of goods above EUR 1.000.- or more than 6 articles:
according to weight

Worldwide Shipping
We charge the shipping costs actually incurred, at least EUR 24,-

Important Notice:

In countries that are not members of the European Union, VAT does not apply, but customs duties are added. Customs clearance is the responsibility of the recipient of the goods. Should customs not release a delivery, the recipient still owes the full value of the goods.

We ship either by post or parcel service. There is no possibility for the recipient to choose between the different parcel services.

We always try to send your order in one complete delivery. If this is not possible, e.g. because a product is not available, you can request a partial delivery. A one-time shipping charge may apply for a partial delivery.
