General Use:
10 drops 3 times daily, or as recommended by your health care practicioner.

Other possible Uses:

Rubbing for detoxification:
To mobilise metals in all organs, joints and structures below the diaphragm, rub 5 drops into the ankles 2x daily. To address the organs, joints and structures above the diaphragm, rub into the wrists. The wrists have dense autonomic innervation (axonal uptake of the tincture) and have the main lymphatic channels running through them (lymphatic uptake).

Cilantro tea:
Add 10 to 20 drops of tincture to a cup of hot water and drink it slowly. Hot water of about 80° C dissolves valuable components out of the cilantro, which can be helpful for detoxification.
