General Use:
Two measuring spoons (approx. 2 gram) daily, mixed in water, milk or juice, or as recommended by your health care practicioner.

These lumps are absolutely no loss of quality and can only be prevented by adding substances that increase the flowability. However, all these substances have undesirable side effects and we have decided not to use them in the interest of better quality.
